The Downtown Pasadena Neighborhood Association (DPNA) advocates for residents and businesses located in the Central District of Pasadena, California. DPNA was formed with the mission to protect and enhance the quality of life in the Central District, which is defined roughly as the 210 freeway (north), Catalina Ave (east), California Blvd (south), and Pasadena Ave (west).
